When you access or register on the BaaSx platform, we collect:

Google Account Information (OAuth): When you choose to authenticate using Google OAuth, our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) securely collects your verified Google email address, full name, and avatar profile picture in accordance with your Google account permissions. We never request or store your Google account password.
Business Contact Information: Your business email address, company name, trade specialty, and mobile phone number provided during registration or intake, used solely to authenticate your identity and deliver transactional One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and project notifications.

2. Use of Information & Authentication

Google OAuth and mobile contact details are used strictly for identity verification, account access, security authorization, and critical operational alerts. We do not engage in promotional, marketing, or advertising text messaging, nor do we sell your profile information.

Mandatory Carrier Non-Sharing Notice:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

3. Data Security & Retention

We maintain industry-standard physical and electronic controls to safeguard your data. Mobile numbers are stored securely and kept only as long as your organization maintains an active tenant workspace on our platform.
