BaaSx SMS Terms & Conditions

By supplying your mobile phone number on baasx.network or within our companion mobile and desktop platforms, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions:

Authentication Methods: BaaSx supports authentication via Google OAuth (facilitated securely through Supabase Auth) and SMS-based One-Time Passwords (OTPs). By choosing Google OAuth, you authenticate via your existing Google identity without requiring SMS delivery.
Program Purpose: BaaSx uses SMS exclusively to transmit one-time verification codes (OTPs) and account access links to authenticated trade contractors and staff.
Opt-In Consent: End users opt in explicitly by submitting their mobile number on the login/access prompt and requesting an authorization code.
Message Frequency: Transactional only. You receive exactly one SMS per sign-in or authorization event.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider plan.
Customer Support (HELP): Reply HELP to any message received from us, or contact our support team at support@baasx.network.
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel SMS authorization at any time by replying STOP. Note that opting out may block you from logging in if SMS OTP is configured as your verification channel.
